The Financial Literacy Program is an NDIS-funded online group program designed specifically for adults with disability, including those with Autism, intellectual disability and other NDIS-supported conditions. Over 12 weeks, participants build real-world money skills — from budgeting and banking to scam awareness and financial safety — in a supportive small group environment led by experienced counsellors.
Experience the power of group learning with up to 8 participants in each cohort. Share experiences, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges alongside peers who understand your journey. Our experienced counsellors facilitate engaging sessions that make learning about money both practical and enjoyable.
Budgeting techniques that actually work
Navigate online banking and payments
Smart bill management to reduce stress
Create savings plans for your goals
Understand financial safety online
Our group format encourages discussion, problem-solving, and peer support. Each week builds on previous knowledge through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and practical exercises you can immediately apply to your daily life.
Our facilitators use real-life examples and plain language so participants genuinely understand the risks — and leave feeling empowered rather than frightened. For many participants, this module alone is life-changing.

Financial Literacy runs for 12 weeks. Each group session is usually around 1.5 hours, once a week, with a maximum of 12 participants per group.
Every Financial Literacy session runs for 1.5 hours online via Zoom, once a week for 12 weeks, in a small group of up to 12 participants. Sessions are relaxed, practical and designed to feel approachable — even for people who find money topics stressful or overwhelming.
Before the program begins, every participant receives a physical workbook posted directly to them. This workbook is theirs to keep — they work through it each week alongside the session, writing notes, completing activities and tracking their own financial goals as the program progresses.
Each weekly session follows a clear structure built around that week’s learning module:
The 12 modules build on each other week by week — starting with understanding money and budgeting basics, and finishing with financial confidence, rights and scam awareness. By the end of the program participants don’t just know more about money — they feel genuinely equipped to manage it.
