Skills for the transition into adulthood

Guide to Adulting helps young people build the relationship and money skills they need for independence. It's delivered by FS Academy's qualified counsellors and sexologist, in a format designed specifically for students with Autism and intellectual disability — trauma-informed, strengths-based, and built around visual supports and plain language.

The program runs as two 8-week tracks. Each session is 50–60 minutes, delivered weekly, so students build skills gradually with plenty of practice along the way. Schools can run one track or both.
